This is an example of one our smaller new build projects for a one off single family dwelling fitting onto a small infill site to the rear of a terrace of Edwardian houses in North London. The project is presently at the planning stages.

This house will be a split level 4 bed 2 bath and is being designed to achieve a minimum of Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and will aim to achieve passivhaus energy standards. The style is clean, uncluttered and contemporary with a palette of materials including sedum roof that has been carefully chosen to allow an unobtrusive insertion into the wooded landscape setting that defines the site.
