The Future

Our first commercial project:

Ecodomus is presently searching for a suitable site and partners to join in the creation of it’s first exemplar project. This will be a small multi tenanted office building in north to north central London. 

This exciting project will provide an opportunity for our own business and other similarly minded small organisations to occupy a building refurbished to highest possible standards of sustainability and enjoy the considerable financial benefits that will accrue. 

The completed building will be a first of it’s kind living research model and it is our aim to provide a real learning opportunity through this project and provide public access to the refurbishment process information and ongoing building performance data.

Ecodomus is looking for financial sponsorship to fund the additional costs of achieving the highest possible levels of performance in this building and to fund the preparation and publication of the project information and learning package.

A sustainable buildings investment fund:

Ecodomus is now seeking to expand the scope of its development business and is assembling a team of professionals with the knowledge, and means to make a difference to the built environment, both commercial and residential. 

Founded upon the twin principles of sustainability and profitability, ecodomus is looking to bring together a group of like-minded investors with funds in excess of £100,000 to invest, to participate in a geared property investment fund. The objectives of this fund are as follows: 

  1. To provide investors with a long-term profitable and ethical investment. 
  2. To maximise the long-term value of all properties invested in.
  3. To provide the means for investors to participate in the long-term capital appreciation of the buildings purchased by the fund.
  4. To break the mould of unsustainable property development and prove that tenants will pay a premium to occupy sustainable buildings

It is certain that impending legislation, ongoing increases in the cost of energy, and climate change will increase the need and therefore, the demand for more environmentally-friendly and resource-efficient commercial and domestic property. Such buildings will attract and retain higher asset values relative to non sustainable buildings. 

Ecodomus will be ahead of the pack by providing the opportunity for its investors to benefit from the increased asset-value and rental yield that will accrue to well-designed environmentally efficient buildings.
