Prior to the launch of our investment fund, ecodomus has committed to the creation of an exemplar project. This will be a small multi tenanted office building in north to north central London.
This exciting project will provide an opportunity for our own business and other similarly minded small organisations to occupy a building refurbished to highest possible standards of sustainability and enjoy the considerable financial benefits that will accrue.
The completed building will be a first of it’s kind living research model and it is our aim to provide a real learning opportunity through this project and provide public access to the refurbishment process information and ongoing building performance data.
Ecodomus is looking for financial sponsorship to fund the additional costs of achieving the highest possible levels of performance in this building and to fund the preparation and publication of the project information and learning package.
