About Us

What makes us tick...

  • effecting real and measurable positive change for our clients
  • contributing to the improvement of our shared environment

What we believe...

  • that rather than there being a conflict between good business practice and sustainable business practice, the two are complementary
  • that the earth is a precious and finite resource of which we are the custodians for future generations
  • that all businesses, organisations and individuals should act in such a way as "meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."[2] Brundtland Commission

What we practice...

  • providing, via our website, information on improving the sustainability of buildings and lifestyles
  • presenting to schools and community organisations on how to make a positive difference
  • reducing our consumption of resources and materials
  • reusing materials and as a last resort recycling the maximum possible quantity of waste
  • staff travel by bicycle and public transport and for longer distances by overland and sea means, using air travel only as a last resort and offsetting it when it is necessary
  • collecting and publishing our environmental footprint statistics
  • donating a minimum of 10% of our profits to environmental charities
